Owner, Chef and Designer, and Urban Farm Manager
She has been working in the field of weddings and events for more than 30 years. In 1987 she graduated in floral Design and Management. Where she learned that this was the "art" field that she was to work in. In 2002 her and her husband started catering for family and friends and decided to start pursuing this new area in their business. She brought in her design talents, her love of cooking and entertaining and her passion for gardening into her business. In 2007 she went back to school for Catering & Gourmet Foods. She loves to cook with fresh veggies and herbs and even flowers from her garden to make a great meal for her customers and their guest. She also buys in season from local farmers with in a 50 mile radius. She gets her greens such as lettuce, spinach, and kale from an organic farmer out of Marshall, MO. Her tomatoes are from a farmer in Grain Valley. Potatoes are from Marshall, MO. She loves to buy her peaches from 2 farmers, one from Wellington the other from Waverly.
Most of the herbs that she uses are grown by herself such as 8 different types of basil, 3 types of oregano, sage, thyme, rosemary, lavender, 4 types of mint and lemon verbena. Christine cooks almost every thing from scratch so she has control over the amount of salt and sugar that goes into the food. She cooks with olive oil and grape seed oil and never uses MSG.

Bradford graduated from Stuppy Design School in 2000. His eye for design and mechanical techniques are a great asset to the business. He has a creative eye for design that compliments Christine designs. He is also an asset to the catering side of the business by facilitating the events to run smoothly. He is the face of the business at an event that is friendly, caring and lets the chef and servers know what is going on in front.
Head Line Server, Beverage Buffet Manager
Brandon has been working the business for the last 12 years. He helps set up the centerpieces with perfect balance and exact duplication from table to table. He is a great worker and benefit to our family owned business. Brandon has also taken on the role of video editor for our campaign and has done a fantastic job. He is also the Beverage Buffet Manager where he sees to making sure the guest have plenty of cold drinks or hot coffee.
Chocolate Fountain Manager,Assistant Server, Line Cook, and Grower Production Associate
Megan is a wonderful addition to our business. She has been working with us since 2008. She is married to Brandon and makes a great team at an event. Before the event she works in the kitchen with Chef Christine assisting her with preparing all the food from scratch. She is also a board member of our urban farm.
Veggie & Fruit Manager, Assistant Server, Marketing, Line Cook, and Grower Production Associate
Brent"Lee has been working for the business since 2008. He has a great out going personality that is an assist to marketing our business. He also works the catering events as the manager for Fruit & Veggie Buffet and as a server. He is also a board member of our urban farm.
Grower Production Associate and Financial Adviser
Susan has worked in the banking field for twelve years and is a great adviser for our financial endeavors. She is also a board member of our urban farm.
Fairy and Berry Production Manager and Farm Hand
Blake is the production manager for our fairy garden. The fairy garden has our mushrooms in it and someday in the near future the garden will be open for birthday and tea parties. He is also in charge of the berries that we grow on the farm. Blake runs several of our farmers markets for us. He is also a board member of our urban farm.
Holly is computer savvy, and will be taking over all of the computer work and social media sites for our business, she is also a board member of the urban farm, and a great new member to our business.

My daughter and I met Chris & Bradford at the Spring 2008 Bridal Show. The fall bouquet of tea roses, sprigs, and red berries with the antique finish were just what Becky was looking for. The bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, flowers for the cake were "PERFECT" for the fall wedding she dreamed of. Chris & Bradford were wonderful to work with for her special day.
